Add a CI job that tests the figma export #36

For PRs like this: #35
it'd be nice if we didn't have to test locally.
We can do this safely by:

adding our figma IDs as secrets
creating a user in figma with an API key that only has access to the colors pages (and adding that api key to the github ci secrets)
