at first, let me thank you for your time investing into building and supporting Codeception - especially in those difficult times having a war in your country.
We are planing to switch from MariaDB to MySQL 8 and we are having problems regarding the
seeInDatabase
and colums with typeJSON
.Before, a column with type
json
it was alongtext
field where we just can check like this:Now, a column with type
json
is a json and we can't query like this. How I query on the database with sql:
When I now add the JSON_ARRAY to the value in seeInDatabase, it will be escaped.
How should or could I use this?
Thanks for your help!
Best wishes
Michael
