This is what I propose we release here for a 1.0.3 fix to fix the issues with pypi/pip
The release branch diff against 1.0.2 is here, to see the net changes for the actual code that would be released
We'd then need a hotfix release for chia-blockchain as well, which I'm working on prepping to include essentially just this version increment + any build process changes
