feat: PuppetPadchat supports get QrCode for userSelf(can be scan by others for adding friend) #1301

const qrcode = user.qrcode()
console.log(qrcode)

Need to notice that you can only generate a QR code for your self, cannot get other users' .

Had implemented with the branding new ContactSelf class.
