projects not loading, causes other open OSF tabs to fail

Off and on for the past week or so, I've been trying to access data and analysis scripts from a few RPP replications. I've been trying for https://osf.io/c5fza/ most consistently, but the choice is arbitrary. When I open that project (c5fza) and others, the wiki, components, etc. load but the file tree pinwheels and then the whole tab crashes.

Any OSF projects that had loaded successfully in other tabs (such as https://osf.io/vq8pj/) then crash also, even though they're not the active tab.

Not all RPP projects have this issue. For instance, I have no trouble loading https://osf.io/jhkpe/
