Background

We have modals that have slightly different styling... For example:

We are not able to use the Trussworks modals (details in this #7648).

Action requested

  • Review with design to make sure all modals are the correct design and conform to USWDS modals guidelines.
  • Update all modals to use our version of the Modal component.
  • Clean up Modal styles to be modular and not in prime_styles file

Additional context

  • Adding storybooks for the different types of Modals could be helpful!
