d2l-list Moving around criterion doesn't generate the criterion image #2105

When you drag a criterion to a different location on the rubric the preview image of the criterion no longer appears(Shown in the attached video)

Hey Mark, so this is a problem in Lit, but not Polymer? Also, does it happen in all browsers? This does not appear to be an issue in the component demo page. I am wondering if there is something "special" at play here with Rubrics.

The polymer version does not use d2l-list it was just put there for a comparison of how the image would generate before rubrics started using d2l list. Sorry for the confusion. I have edited the ticket so it is less confusing.

Have you noticed anything in terms of where you drag it? Does the image initially appear? Thanks.

I believe Matt Pharaoh is taking a look at it and he found the image renders on chrome when browser is not in full screen. However when not in full screen no image appears to render
