Problems With Blue Wallet on my Watch Only format

I have the blue wallet APP and I have a blue wallet and its on "watch only".
I want to change it to fully transfer wallet but it doesn´t let me change it, there is no option where I can put my private key or anything else.
I created a BTC wallet also so I could transfer the BTC from the watch only to the BTC wallet but when I want to make the transaction the app closes up and I have to start again. I happens everytime I want to make that operation.
I dont know what else to do
Please help me with my problem.

you need to have your mnemonic seed (aka secret words) for your wallet. then you can press "add wallet -> import" type them and import said wallet.

if the app crashes, i would need your uniqID (on settings->about screen) to look up the crash on our crash-logging service
