Currently only a few AT commands are feature gated, and very few functions.
The current progress of the crate is developed using ublox TOBY-R2, but the remainder of the family mentioned in https://www.u-blox.com/sites/default/files/u-blox-CEL_ATCommands_%28UBX-13002752%29.pdf should be covered as well.
