This does not seem to happen for end users.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Calva in the development extension host, with the launch conf w/ no folder

    • The extension host opens a window with an empty null file opened

  2. Fire up the Getting Started REPL
    image

  3. Reload the extension development host window

Expected: Everything works fine

Actual: The Calva extension fails to load with the message:

Activating extension 'betterthantomorrow.calva' failed: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0').
