Include guidance on

  • Running tests
  • Running static analysis / checkstyle
  • Avoiding git push --force and history modification
  • Making 'complete' commits which compile and be reverted without causing breaks
    • Tagging Work-in-Progress as [WIP]
    • Tagging experimental or unfinished work as Do-Not-Merge [DNM]
