새로고침시 api 계속 호출 되는 이슈 #5

새로고침을 작동하면 리렌더링이 일어나 페이지 안의 함수들이 모두 다 재작동하고
api 호출 부분이 무한하게 반복됨

새로고침 시 api 호출 문제
캐싱기능 필요
