lists items being moved up when using "completion" options

Expected

When I'm writing a list, and select a word in the "completion" portion of the keyboard, it should keep the list "as is".

Observed

When I'm writing in a list, and I select a word in the "completion" portion of the keyboard, it acts as though I deleted the "line-break".

Let's say I have a list :

LIST

• item 1
• item 2
• item 3

Now, I want to add the word "dummy" to item 2 by selecting it in the "completion" portion of the keyboard, I get :

LIST

• item 1
• item 2 dummy- item 3

Reproduced

1. Create a list
2. write text at the end of the list
3. select a word in the "word completion" section of the keyboard

note that the bug is inconsistent and seemingly random.
