Upload synchronization halted ---> push synchronization manually

Using Samsung Galaxy A32 Android Mobile with strong mobile data and/or WLAN connection at home.

a) Download eg. simplenote web to mobile works 👍

b) Upload does not work: 👎

• I created a note this morning
• I changed it a few times (eventually, to push synch, but without success)
• it is not synched 5 hours later

--> how can I push the Upload synchronization manually?
