Goals

  1. Identify our type of user
  2. Know how they're using Newsletters, and why
  3. What features they're missing / what do they like
  4. What's their overall opinion

Triggers

  • When they enable Newsletters for the first time (like other platforms do)
  • When they've been actively sending newsletters for 3-6 months (we can check Jetpack Site Profiles)
