It may happen that someone, by mistake or by purpose, uses the same path in .gitlab-ci.yml for both cache and artifacts keywords, and this could cause that a stale cache might inadvertently override artifacts that are used across the pipeline.

Starting with this release, artifacts are always restored after the cache to ensure that even in edge cases you can always rely on them.
