Bug description

Hello there,
从20230810版本LiveKit安装的AOSC OS/Retro
Samba的systemd服务不能正常启动

原因是缺少/run/samba目录

Steps to reproduce

从20230810版本LiveKit安装AOSC OS/Retro即可
