Bug description

Hello there,
从20230810版本LiveKit安装的AOSC OS/Retro
upower的systemd服务不能正常启动

错误提示是 upower.service: Failed to set up user namespacing

注释PrivateUsers=yes应该就ok了

Steps to reproduce

从20230810版本LiveKit安装AOSC OS/Retro即可
