grub: Installs 10-grub-logind-service.conf with executable mark

Bug description

Systemd drop-in configuration files should not be marked executable. This results in a warning on boot:

Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/systemd-logind.service.d/10-grub-logind-service.conf is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.

Steps to reproduce

Boot up a newly installed AOSC OS (even in a container with the "Base" image).
