Graphite plugin

Thanks to @aww-yiss who has started working on a graphite plugin for vaping.

Since it's a WIP, let's track progress here.

@aww-yiss how well is this working at the moment? Looks like its hooked up for reads and writes?

Some things we will want to address before a release

• We want to keep plugin specific requirements out of the requirements.txt, otherwise it'll end up gigantic over time - probably have it in docs somewhere instead. Or have a requirements file for each plugin - need to discuss.
• Some indentation incosistencies
• Add some tests, at the very least a test that initializes the plugin.
